Which agencies is it for?
Insurance and takaful agencies, real estate agencies, and similar agent-led sales teams (for example unit trust, car sales, education or travel agencies). Prices are the same for every industry.
Who has to approve the use of customer data?
Insurance and takaful agencies: no real customer data is used until the insurer or takaful operator approves in writing. Customer consent is not insurer authorisation. Other agencies: no real customer data is used until the agency approves in writing, and only for customers who were given a PDPA notice.
Where is client data held?
Client data is held in a workspace in the client’s name, hosted in Malaysia or Singapore by default. Some providers (WhatsApp, the AI model) may process data outside Malaysia; they are listed in your agreement.
Will it recommend products or properties?
No. Product or property recommendations are not in version 1; they always stay with your licensed or registered agents. Insurance claim or policy details are not handled on WhatsApp either.
Can it message customers first?
Not in version 1. It replies to people who message you. Outbound campaigns and renewal reminders are out of scope.
What does the monthly fee cover?
The monthly fee (Starter and Growth) covers hosting and monitoring, fixes, updates to the agency's approved FAQ content, a short monthly review of handoffs and unanswered questions with suggested FAQ additions for the agency to approve, and up to 3 support hours a month. AI usage, WhatsApp fees and infrastructure are billed at cost plus 10%.
What happens when it gets something wrong?
Every build has human handoff, an evaluation before release, an audit log and a pause switch you control. Defects reported within 90 days of launch are fixed at no charge.
What happens on the teardown call?
30 minutes, free. We look at one real workflow (how leads and WhatsApp enquiries are handled today) and you get a clear view of whether a sprint is worth it. No customer data is needed for the call.
Do I have to talk to a bot to reach you?
No. Teardown requests from this page come to me directly, through the form or by email.
